Dads Together – First Meet-Up
It was great to see local dads coming together for our very first Dads Together session.
At Lonely Llama, we’ve teamed up with Dadsnet to help create a space for dads in the area — whether they need support, want to talk, or simply come along to support others.
The atmosphere was relaxed, open, and exactly what we hoped for. It’s a strong first step in building something that we know is needed.
We’re already looking forward to the next one.

Caister Haven Football Tournament – 11.11.2026
It was great to be part of the Caister Haven Football Tournament, where the Security team and some of the Facilities team came together in support of Lonely Llama.
This is an annual event at Caister Haven, where all departments come together for a day of football, laughs, and team spirit — and it was brilliant to be involved in something with such a strong sense of community behind it.
The teams wore their own chosen numbers on the day to quietly show their support for what Lonely Llama stands for. It was a fantastic gesture and meant a lot to see that level of backing.
Moments like this highlight the power of people coming together — not just for the event itself, but to stand behind a cause and raise awareness in a positive way.
To everyone who supported us on the day, thank you — it genuinely means a lot.
Macmillan Coffee Evening – 30.10.2025
It was fantastic to see the community come together for our Macmillan Coffee Evening back in October.
The evening brought people of all ages together in a relaxed and welcoming space, raising awareness and support for those affected by cancer while encouraging open conversation and connection.
Events like this are a big part of what Lonely Llama is about — creating opportunities for people to come together, support one another, and feel part of something positive.
A big thank you to everyone who came along, supported the evening, and helped make it such a success.
Canaryball Rally 3 – September/October 2025
The Canaryball Rally 3 was the third edition of this incredible fundraising driving challenge, taking place from 29th September to 3rd October 2025. Participants drove over 1,800 miles across Europe, supporting community causes along the way.
We were proud to be one of the sponsors featured on three rally cars, helping raise awareness for Lonely Llama while sharing the road with other amazing causes.
A big thank you to everyone involved in the rally and to the teams who carried our banner with pride during this unforgettable adventure.

Little Llamas Let Loose – 20.08.2025
Our first big event, Little Llamas Let Loose, was an absolute blast!
It was incredible to see children and families coming together to have fun, make new friends, and enjoy a day full of games, laughter, and activities. Even with just a few photos, you can feel the energy and excitement that made this event so special.
This was the start of something amazing for Lonely Llama — creating spaces where little ones can play, parents can connect, and everyone feels part of a supportive community.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, helped out, and made the day so memorable.
